London River Front Loft Apartment

The project was to strip out and renovate a 2500Sq ft/230sq m period, duplex, water front, London loft apartment. Once planning permission had been granted, we finalised the floor plan designing a new, internal, feature staircase and a free standing, double sided, open fireplace. We designed a custom, bronze, double height, bookcase for the reception room and decorative, architectural and task lighting throughout. We included a steam shower and sauna in one of the two new bathrooms.  We created a new custom kitchen including a faux painted steel work island along with custom joinery throughout.  We furnished the apartment with a mix of antique and modern furniture, modern art, curtains and soft furnishing.
